• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Property Listings:

• Accuracy: Users must ensure that all property listings are accurate and truthful along with supporting evidence.
• Permits: Users must have the necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities (e.g., RERA) before listing properties. A copy of the same could be requested by the App at any time.

User Conduct:

• Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in illegal activities, defame others, or post inappropriate content as per the rules and regulations and laws of UAE.
• Copyright Compliance: Users must respect copyright laws and not use copyrighted material without permission.

Privacy Policy:

• Data Collection: The App collects personal data for the purpose of providing services and improving user experience.
• Data Usage: Personal data will not be shared with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

Liability:

• Limitation of Liability: The App is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
• Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App from any claims arising from their use of the App.

Termination:

• Account Termination: The App reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these terms.
• Notice: Users will be notified of account termination and any associated actions.
